This friendly group was established in February 2020 by u3a members who expressed a desire to share the joy of reading books or other literature; informal discusion about literature and a desire to share their enjoyment of reading with others.

At each meeting members bring one or more books, plays, poems, or audio books to discuss and later exchange their items with others. A variety of genres of literature are discussed for example crime novels, autobiography, drama, science fiction. Members are free to bring whatever literature is of interest to them. Members often find they are introduced to authors they had not previously encountered.
