Meet on the new car park for Jubilee Park on Station Road just off Park Road opposite the White Bear Marina by the Canal Bridge. Postcode PR7 4LA. W3W regret.spokes.boils

We begin this walk by walking along the tow path south towards Wigan. After 1 mile we leave the towpath at bridge number 65 and pick up the disused railway line now converted to Cycle Route 55 and head back towards Adlington before reaching Chorley Road (A6). We now turn left onto a quiet road and almost immediately gain entry to Jubilee Park. After walking the length of the park we return to the carpark. There are two cafes close to the start of this walk, one on the A6 in Adlington next to the petrol station and another at the White Bear Waterside Marina across the road from the carpark.
