Whalley / Springwood 8.2 miles 600ft climb, no steep hills.
Meet at Carpark £1.00 charge. Postcode BB7 9TD, w3w lobbed.bulky.cinemas. Walk through Whalley to cross a very busy A road, extra care needed here. Then over fields to Hacking Hall and then Brockhall (Blackburn Rovers Training ground). Then onto Old Langho for lunch then over fields to Whalley Abbey and back to the start.
