Chris Whitehead has been leading the education department at WWT Martin Mere for the last twenty years and has brought his knowledge of wildlife and conservation to bear on making school visits exciting and memorable for 15,000 school children per year. His talk will look at the history of the broadest lake in England (until only 200 years ago) and how we manage the 650 acre reserve today.
